No Shows on Rides

Hi all
I have been made aware of a few repeat no shows on some recent rides.
Shit happens at the last moment that changes riding plans but please consider the affect on others if you don't let the ride leader know you can't attend.
1: They may be waiting for you. Some ride leaders will take note on the numbers they are expecting and delay the start of the ride.
2: on capped rides you might take away someone else's chance to ride.

Please if you can't attend for whatever reason chuck up a post or send a a PM and respect your fellow riders.
