Ross450, Michael, Wes +1 and I set off and hit some nice narrow track to start. Bit rocky but nothing too challenging. I forgot how fiddly some bits are though and wondered if it was rude to have started off the ride like that?!
We all got up the technical climb ok and then headed north west to join up with some other tight tracks from previous weeks. Unfortunately Ross450 lost his clutch cable so it was an early retirement back to the car for him.
Then we were 4. Still two big old 450s so after the narrow curvy stuff we focussed more on open flowy bits up north: a few loops we'd done before (incl a muddy little climb I managed to make a mess of both times

Wes and Michael took the lead then and followed their noses onto more Greendale gold.
We were a chance to get back to the pub before 2pm so headed to cars and made it in time... But we weren't the only ones with that idea (1+ hour wait on food!) so a quick schooner and we headed to Ballan for a feed

Cheers all, a good day out
